By accessing or using the MINTORA website and its AI design services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the AI Service

Our AI-powered design service is provided to assist you in creating custom designs. You are solely responsible for the prompts, text, and images you provide to the Service. You agree not to use the Service to create any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy, or otherwise illegal or offensive.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse any design project or cancel any order that violates these terms.

3. Intellectual Property and Design Ownership

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material you submit to the Service. You grant MINTORA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your submitted content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You retain ownership of the final manufactured product. However, you grant MINTORA the right to display the designs created and products manufactured on our platform (e.g., in our gallery, social media, and marketing materials) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Proofs, Payments, and Refunds

A digital proof of your design will be provided for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to review the proof for any errors, including spelling, colors, and design elements. Once you approve the proof, the design is considered final.

Payment is required in full before production commences. As all items are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued for manufacturing defects or significant deviations from the approved proof. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for more details.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MINTORA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.
